Twilio is currently investigating an issue where the TaskRouter API is failing to update worker skills in Flex, causing errors when supervisors attempt to modify skills. Their engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a fix and expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
