Twilio are observing recovery with the inbound and outbound calls in AU1.They will be monitoring all services to ensure a full recovery and provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Twilio had issue with programmable voice in Australia. Their engineering team has been alerted and is investigating. We will provide with an update soon.
