Twilio continues to observe call failures from Canadian Network Subscribers to a subset of Twilio's Toll Free Numbers. They are working with their carrier partner to resolve the issue and expect to provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Twilio have become aware of a potential issue with Twilio Toll Free Numbers receiving inbound calls from phone numbers originating from CA providers.Twilio engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
