Monitoring

We are currently confirming with the provider that the root cause has been definitively resolved.

We will keep monitoring the service closely and will send a final update once we have this confirmation.

Update

We are aware of intermittent failures affecting the identity verification step of Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) for new signers. If you experience an error, refreshing and retrying the signature usually resolves it. Signers who already have an existing signing wallet are not affected.

This is linked to an upstream identity provider issue; we're monitoring closely and will update as more information becomes available.
